Inky and the Mane is seeking Guest Tattoo Artists to join our team of artists in our studio located in the heart of Edinburgh city centre. As a guest artist at Inky and the Mane, you’ll be using our bed rental model during your stay. This allows you to retain 100% of your earnings while only paying for the days or weeks you use. Our bed rental rates are listed on our website here: https://www.inkyandthemane.com/guest-with-us What’s Included The rental fee includes a dedicated workspace for the time you’re here, as well as access to the shop’s equipment. Artists will need to provide their own personal supplies, such as needles and inks, as well as their tattoo guns. Filling Your Guest Spot We are a commission-only studio, and as such it is the guest artist’s responsibility to fill their own books during their time with us. We will do our part to promote your guest spot through our social media channels by sharing your portfolio, contact information, and any promotional materials you provide. However, it is crucial to actively engage your audience and ensure your calendar is booked during your stay. Expectations and Studio Environment At Inky and the Mane, we pride ourselves on being a welcoming and inclusive space. Our studio is known for its queer-friendly atmosphere, its modern and airy design, and its comfortable work environment.
