After the very recent retirement of our resident artist who had been with us for 11 years to go and travel the world we are now looking for a new resident artist. We have a private studio with a free private customer car park and are situated close to the seafront on a busy high street. Rent/percentage is negotiable and this would be perfect for someone wanting to run their own self employed business within our studio with minimal outgoings.
