Alpine body arts is a brand new studio centrally located in the heart of downtown. This location was previously occupied by another tattoo studio for two years prior and has the immediate potential for a medium to heavy demand for walk in traffic. Looking for two licensed tattoo artists with at least two years of experience. 60/40 or 70/30 split. Must carry appropriate licenses for an independent contractor. Cleanliness, professionalism, and personal hygiene is of the utmost importance. Drug or alcohol use is strictly prohibited. Bothell has a 2024 population of 50,894 and is currently growing at a rate of 1.36% annually. Its population has increased by 5.66% since the most recent census. Alpine Body Arts will be the only shop in town, located right on main st. A boutique style, professional space with a relaxed atmosphere. Large private rooms available. Booth one is 13' x 9'.
