I'm hiring new artists. Not going to sugar coat my expectations. Serious inquiries only. NO APPRENTICES (I have nearly 20 names and numbers compiled in an apprentice list for future reference, but not now), must have AT LEAST, 2 years shop experience, I want you to know how to pull your weight in a team/family environment. Must have a BPP and actually follow those strict cleaning guidelines. No whiners, No divas. No part timers. NO HOBBY TATTOOERS. Must understand how to talk to clients professionally and respectfully, even when a client is treating us like absolute crap, we must maintain professionalism. MUST HAVE INTEGRITY! Due to the stigma in our field, and as someone who's maintained careers in Banking/Lending/Teaching/Administration in children's behavioral health, we hold ourselves to higher standards here at Avatar Tat2. So it's super important to me that we break stereotypes and show that WE ARE professionals. Ive made huge changes in local governments zoning laws for tattoo studios (2022), making it where tattoo shops can open in any commercial zone in the Town of Prescott Valley (to all new tattoo studios - "YOURE WELCOME") We've won the Best of the Best for the greater Prescott Valley Region for 9 years running and intend on maintaining that streak.
