We are fairly new tattoo shop owners who are looking for artists who prefer to work in a collaborative environment, that is also very family oriented. We have weekly family style meals, we support all ideas and welcome those who want to leave the drama out of the equation. We do not rely on social media algorithms only; we attend a lot of community events and have other events happening at the shop to drum up traffic. It is important that you do have a decent social media presence.
