This is a very relaxed studio vibe, our whole ethos is to be customer first and give them the best experience where they feel comfortable, not initimidated, and in a safe place to get their meaningful tattoos. We will only have a max of two artists in the space as we feel that gives off a more relaxed and private vibe, but we also have a laser removal room that will eventually do laser/hair removal and maybe SMPU. We say we specialise in fine line and microrealism, but were open to other styles that fit that sort of delicate and meaningful vibe too. We have a nice waiting area and areas you can sit and design or have consultations with your clients etc. We just want a sort of family feel here

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A TATTOO APPRENTICE. Andrew is officially taking on a new apprentice at Avenue Tattoo Studio. #1 — PORTFOLIO. This is the most important thing. We’re looking for someone with real artistic ability who wants to learn tattooing from the ground up. We are NOT looking for your cousin who learned to tattoo in jail when he got his ninth DUI last week and just needs a shop or a license. #2 — RELIABILITY. You need reliable transportation and you need to be available Tuesday–Saturday, 11 AM until we’re done. Usually that’s around 8 PM. Sometimes it’s midnight or later. #3 — THIS DOES NOT PAY. You’ll be learning black & gray realism, color realism and a little bit of everything that goes into becoming a professional tattoo artist. You’ll also clean, help around the shop, film content and do a LOT of basic editing and social media. You need to be able to learn something once, remember it, solve problems and figure things out without having your hand held. If all of that still sounds awesome to you, we probably want to hear from you. Text Andrew if you’re interested. Send your name, availability and PORTFOLIO
